Pressure vessels
Pressure Vessel, which is also known by other names such as Membrane Vessel, Membrane Housing, or Pressure Vessel; A pressurized chamber is a chamber for placing membranes. It is a container made of fiberglass or steel that can withstand high pressure and is responsible for maintaining and protecting the membrane. Perschrusel is made to the size of the membrane and its structure is proportional to the shape of the membrane. At its two ends, there is a part called the door, where the water inlet and outlet channels to the membrane are designed in such a way that it simply seals the membrane and creates a positive pressure inside the membrane.

Application cases of Parshrusell:

Nanofiltration
Ultrafiltration
Desalination industries and units
Reverse osmosis water purification system
It is used to maintain reverse osmosis membranes in a water purification system. At first glance, a reverse osmosis system, instead of RO membranes, are horizontal, long and usually white pressure vessels because the membranes are placed inside the housing and only the pressure vessels are visible. Existence of perserocells is necessary for the correct and optimal functioning of reverse osmosis membranes. Various brands in the world produce high-quality pressure vessels, including America’s Codeline (Pentair Codeline), China’s Wave Cyber, China’s ROPV, Spain’s Protec, England’s Phoenix, Knappe of France, Bel of Spain, Winder of China and…

The difference between the vessels is in the material of the shell, feed inlet and outlet, pressure operation range, temperature operation range, operation range (pH), and different sizes of inlet and outlet ports.

Uses :

As mentioned, Perchrocells are actually containers for holding reverse osmosis membranes, so Perchrocells are used in all cases where RO membranes are used. Some of the applications of housing membranes include the following:
• Purification of brackish water and sea water
• City water treatment
• Food and beverage industries
• Ultra pure water production
• pharmaceutical Industries
• Power plants

Different types of parsley
Pressure switches can be classified based on different things such as type, working pressure, dimensions and number of elements, type of connection and operating temperature. The following is a description of each of them.

The species used in Percherusel
The type of Perchrocells can be produced from different materials such as FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer), stainless steel and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). Nowadays, in most salt water treatment systems, housing membranes made of fiberglass or FRP are used because Compared to steel and PVC pressure vessels, fiberglass pressure vessels have more advantages in various fields such as pressure bearing capacity, design dimensions, materials and operating temperature. For example, FRP high-strength steels are resistant to almost all chemical solvents and have a long lifespan, so they are suitable for most water treatment projects and the construction of desalination devices. Also, FRP pressure vessels have higher strength and are resistant to impact, so the possibility of their damage during transportation and installation is much less.

Work pressures:
As you know, reverse osmosis systems require high pressure to achieve the desired output of the water purification unit. Considering that the pressure vessel is the chamber that holds the membrane, it must be able to withstand this high pressure. In reverse osmosis systems, the higher the concentration of salt or salinity in the feed water, the more operating pressure is needed for purification.

The table below shows the working pressure ranges for different types of Percherusels. According to the table, FRP pressure vessels have the ability to withstand more pressure compared to steel and PVC pressure vessels, and this means that this FRP membrane shell can be used in different types of water treatment systems. It should be noted that FRP pressure vessels operating in the range of 150 to 450 psi are mainly suitable for treating brackish water; While the shell of FRP membranes with a working pressure of 600 to 1200 psi are used to purify sea water.

Type of pressure vessel, FRP pressure vessel, stainless steel pressure vessel, PVC pressure vessel
Working pressure (psi) 150-1200 less than 600 less than 200

Dimensions:
As you know, as the dimensions and number of reverse osmosis membranes increase, the amount of purified water and the efficiency of the purification system increase. Generally, RO membranes are available in diameters of 2.5, 4 and 8 inches, but some companies producing membranes have products with a diameter of 16 inches, which naturally, vessels with a diameter of 16 inches should be used to place them. In the table below, the dimensions for the common types of crucibles are shown. As can be seen in the table, FRP membrane enclosures have the ability to hold more reverse osmosis membranes; Therefore, FRP pressure vessels are mainly used for large water treatment systems.

Types of Parsley based on diameter:
4 inch sausage
8 inch sausage
Industrial pressure cookers are available in 4-inch and 8-inch sizes. Generally, for the design and construction of industrial water purification devices with a capacity of less than 50 cubic meters per day, from 4-inch Percherusel and for the design of industrial water purification devices with a capacity of more than 50 cubic meters per day, from 8-inch Percherusel. is used

Types of Perchrusel according to input type:

According to the location of the water inlet, the sprinklers are divided into two categories: Side Port and End Port. At
